Going to the Chapel
...and we're gonna get..... no life during the summer. :) (We are almost done with the Chapel, in fact, if all goes well, most of it goes up tonight. But I have not been documenting it here. So I am going to retrospectively show you through the chapel build.) After a few years of planning, we finally decided to sell the abbey and build a chapel. The plan is that this will be easier to put together than the abbey has been. The abbey took an entire weekend, a scissor lift and an army of people to set up. This new chapel should go up in a few hours. This is the SketchUp plan. Front view from SketchUP Here is the real chapel that we modeled it after. Ardgowan Chapel in Scotland Yeah, we decided to phone it in this year :D
I'm not left open mouthed too often. But my jaw is hanging. Wow!

I bet they'd catch on everything. I can't help it -- I'm practical that way.
ReplyDeleteI agree....that is why you wear them naked in a room with no furniture. LOL! :D

I am in agreement with Dede & Magaly - WOW!!! Lovely shoes but I can't help but wonder if they are a problem to walk in....

ReplyDeleteI agree! Just fantastic.
ReplyDeleteFor a Gothic Cinderella?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful? Yes, most definitely but all I can think of is that I would need to carry more than one box of band aids with me as I walk down the road...or across the room...I am such a klutz...
ReplyDeleteMe too my friend, me to. I think I will just look at them from a far....that has blood loss written all over it! :D
